The designs for three new modern single-family houses gained approval from the City of Charleston Board of Architectural Review in July 2017.
This private residence in the Old Mount Pleasant neighborhood brings a modern simplicity, clarity of forms and an emphasis on horizontal lines. The structure will accommodate a green roof, solar panels and a rain water collection system to control run-off and provide irrigation water.
