Conceptual Design for a mixed-use project in Downtown Georgetown. This retail / residential concept draws from the richness of Georgetown's History. Long lost facades that once graced Main Street were revisited and Clyde's Steamboat Company that once occupied the site helped inspire subtle maritime detailing.
