The modern design of the Flagship 3 Office Building, in collaboration with the City of  Charleston's Design Division , is located in the city's Innovation District and continues the  Charleston Digital Corridor's  legacy of providing incubator space to Charleston's tech start-ups. 
 Generous porches, varied siding textures and casual trim details give this Lowcountry cottage a welcoming presence.
  Dr. Randy Pagenkopf  is the go-to pediatric dentist in the Charleston area. He and his wife / business partner, Cullan, are embarking on a custom designed office for their growing practice.  Simple massing, white painted brick, board and batten siding and wood brackets capture a welcoming and professional feel to serve their clients. This project received conceptual approval from  The Town of Mount Pleasant's Design Review Board.    Unthank Design Group  is the dental design consultant for the project. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2015 with  Harbor Contracting  as the General Contractor. 
 In collaboration with landscape architect  Seamon Whiteside & Associates,  Rush Dixon designed the outdoor bar, deck, retaining wall and signage for  Firefly Sunset Resort  situated on Elbow Cay in the Bahamas.  The project also consisted of renovations to the main building for the Firefly Bar & Grill and new guest cottages.   [Photo credit: Firefly Sunset Resort]
 This private residence in the Old Mount Pleasant neighborhood brings a modern simplicity, clarity of forms and an emphasis on horizontal lines. The structure will accommodate a green roof, solar panels and a rain water collection system to control run-off and provide irrigation water.

 The design of St. Marc's school in Cerca La Source, Haiti was as much a renaissance after the 2010 earthquake as it was architecture. Reinforced structure to better withstand natural disasters, white stucco and ventilation patterns echoing the area's built environment now supply hundreds of children a safer place to learn.
